Your core message should always be the same when someone talks to you.
Think about what "clothing" you choose for your business. Every touch point should be wearing the same clothing.
There is so much more I could share, but I must stop here.
Oh, I can't forget this important piece of information.
Find 1-2 words that seal your promise to the consumer. I must be achievable. (Exaample: Disney's one word promise is "Magical".) Disney promises a magical experience.
